“Bouyon” at St. Luc’s in Haiti

This week, Fr. Sonley sent an email updating us about the lunch program at St. Luc’s School, our partner in mission in Haiti. In January the menu was amended to include “bouyan,” a popuilar Haitian dish, which Sonley calls “a very energetic meal” made of “leaves, flour, lamveritab and bananas.”

“Teachers and students enjoyed it,” reports Sonley, as these pictures attest!
