The Way of the Cross

The Wednesday of Holy Week (March 23rd in 2016), teens from St. Mark’s join Fr. Adam Thomas and intern Stacey Kohl in presented the “Living Way of the Cross.” In this service, the teens act out the 14 stations of Jesus’ passion in silent tableaus set to spoken prayer and sung reflection. This is a powerful liturgy, which we encourage all to attend.

To get a feeling for the service, here is the text of the sung reflections, taken from the Lent 2016 issue of The Lion’s Tale. Click here to download.

And click here to listen to a recorded version of the sung reflections. (It’s long – over twenty minutes.)
